- Oh yes please! Kindly just make a CLEAR note at checkout – You can write a short message and we will ensure to add it to the gift.

- Please note that we can’t accept returns 7 days after you have received your parcel. When returning the product you must please return it in the original packaging, without any damage and with no stickers used.
- (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping cost).

- We make use of Postnet to Postnet and a flat rate of R100.00. At this stage, we do not do door-to-door deliveries. Track your order here: https://www.postnet.co.za/tracker
- Delivery lead time is between 2 – 5 working days.
- Pick up at our local address is allowed. Kindly just make arrangements with us at least 3 days before the collection date (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
